Nate Gosweiler Worker Organizer

Nate is committed to the advancement of worker safety, dignity, and respect on the job. He helps workers build their capacity for collective action around workplace issues, overcome barriers created by employers, and assert their rights on the job. After participating in the Black Lives Matter protests in 2020, Nate turned away from a career in academia to join the labor movement. He believes that grassroots organizing must happen at the nexus of work and community and will change the status quo that is currently harming workers and their communities.
