Building power together for working people and economic justice

Philadelphia Area Jobs with Justice brings together a diverse coalition of labor unions, community organizations, student groups, and faith-based organizations working to build power for working people and fight for economic justice in Philadelphia and beyond. We are a coalition of 35+ unions, faith groups, youth and community orgs fighting and organizing for working class power.

Power School, where grassroots leaders sharpen political consciousness, build collective power, and gain the tools to organize for systemic change
End-to-end support for new organizing, nurturing movements from their first spark through sustained growth and long-term resilience
Deep coalition alignment around shared struggles, uniting organizations to move together with greater force and impact
Mutual aid and solidarity for direct action, meeting urgent community needs while standing shoulder-to-shoulder in moments of resistance
Strategic and organizing expertise, strengthening campaigns that challenge injustice and build lasting people-powered movements
